“Your mind is a complex entity. You have to guard it. This means you have to choose what you allow your brain to focus on. Make it free from distractions.” -  Unknown

It is estimated that our mind thinks more than 60,000 thoughts each day.  This represents close to 2,500 -3,000 thoughts per hour.  Research projects that 80% of them are negative thoughts.  Although we have no control over how these thoughts originate, we do have control over our response to them.  It’s our choice to hold on to the positive ones that enable us to be our best or embrace the negative ones that keep us stagnated, living below our potential. Either way, what we think will determine the outcome of our lives.

It has been proven that people who constantly think positive thoughts are more likely to experience greater success in life and the workplace. Those who think negative thoughts are least likely to live up to their potential. Fortunately, we can all learn to control our thoughts and experience the life we desire.
